Each signature notarized is a notarial act. For example, if two people appear before the Notary and sign a document and an acknowledgment is taken, the fee is $20.00.

Marriage License Application Information

• Marriage License Fee: $93.50
• Marriage License with Premarital Course: $61.00

Couple must personally come into the Flagler County Clerk of Circuit Courts - Recording Division located in the Kim C. Hammond Justice Center between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Valid Photo ID is REQUIRED (Driver’s license, state issued ID card or valid Passport)

Upon completion of this form, the couple must personally come into our office and complete the remaining paperwork.

• From Route 95 North - Exit 289, at end of ramp, turn left onto Palm Coast Parkway (heading east).  At second traffic light (McDonald's) turn right onto Old Kings Road
• From Route 95 South - Exit 289, at end of ramp turn right onto Palm Coast Parkway (heading east).  At first traffic light (McDonald's) turn right onto Old Kings Road
• Points west of Route 95 - Palm Coast Parkway NE, over Route 95 bridge. At second traffic light (McDonald's) turn right onto Old Kings Road

1. Head south on Old Kings Road South for 0.9 miles
2. Turn left onto Oak Trails Boulevard for 0.9 miles
3. Take the 2nd left onto Black Alder Drive for 190 feet
4. Take the 1st left onto Black Bear Lane for 0.1 mile
5. Look for 93 Black Bear Lane (yellow house) on the right

• From Moody Boulevard (Route 100)

1. Head north on Old Kings Road South toward Palm Coast Parkway for 5.2 miles
2. Turn right onto Oak Trails Boulevard for 0.9 miles
3. Take the 2nd left onto Black Alder Drive for 190 feet
4. Take the 1st left onto Black Bear Lane for 0.1 mile
5. Look for 93 Black Bear Lane (yellow house) on the right

• From Flagler Beach, east of the Intracoastal Waterway

1. Head north on North SR-A1A /North Ocean Shore Boulevard, for 5.6 miles
2. Turn right onto Cam Del Mar/Camino Del Mar Parkway for 0.2 miles
3. At stop sign, turn right onto Hammock Dunes Bridge (no toll) for 0.8 miles
4. Continue onto Palm Coast Parkway NE for 0.7 miles
5. Turn left onto Colbert Lane, through traffic light for 0.4 miles
6. Turn right onto Blare Drive (first right after traffic light) for 0.7 miles
7. Take the 1st left onto Black Alder Drive for 305 feet
8. Take the 1st right onto Black Bear Lane for 0.4 miles
